Transfer Leaf sheets are adhered to a backing paper for easy handling and application. Simply hold the smooth paper edges and press the gold side gently to the slightly tacky food surface.  Avoid very oily or wet surfaces which can soak through the gold, making it difficult to remove the paper. Transfer leaf can also be cut with sharp scissors.
