The following return entitlements do not apply if the goods ordered are to be used for your own business requirements.
Right of Revocation
You can return goods in the first two weeks without stating a reason. The time limit begins after your written confirmation (e.g. by letter, fax, email) but cannot commence before the goods have arrived (delivery of the same type of goods not cannot happen before receipt of first part of delivery) and not before fulfilling our disclosure duty, § 312 e para. 1 clause 1 German Civl Code in accordance with § 3 German Civl Code-InfoV as well as disclosure duty, in accordance with § 312c para 2 German Civl Code in accordance with § 1 para. 1,2 and 4-InfoV. For goods which cannot be sent as packages (e.g. bulky items) you can also make a claim in writing.
The time limit will start from the time you return the item or process the return. You bear the direct cost fo returning and responsibility for the item. The claim should be sent to:

Consequences of Revocation
Where revocation does come into effect, benefits received from both parties will be relinquished and if necessary any use (e.g. use and ejoyment) withdrawn. You will have to pay compensation for the value should you not be able to return the goods completely or in part, or in a bad condition. This is not the case if the deterioration of the goods is observed on checking them - as is the case were you to be in the shop. Transport costs will be charged to the customer.
Exceptions for revocation rights:
The right of revocation according to § 312 g para 2 BGB, among others not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for their manufacture an individual choice or decision by the consumer is important or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer and it expires prematurely in contracts for the supply of sealed goods from based on health and hygiene are not suitable for return if their unsealed after delivery.
